A Character with flaw

Hello,
as you know, I am now creating a small comic.
All was well, until I find myself before a small problem:
I have no idea how to personalize my female character!
I want her to have a flaw that it is not the stereotype of the perfect little angel. But I do not want nor its defects is too huge either, because she must work with teammates so each member have its own complex problem.
Here is the context:
Sankee the Orc is a strong female who is part of a small group led by Kogan. The small group should do quests for the spirits in order to win their favors. All his family and many of the original members of her tribe were killed.
She served a slave to high noble elf for years and then was sent into the arena for her attempts murdered.
Sankee looks like this:
As I explained, I do not want to fall into the stereotype like: the woman who definitely need a man. Or the woman who absolutely need a man who told how she is strong. I will not it be too bad ass without any personality ... It is terribly difficult to create her a personality.
I admit that I had though to the "mercenary who want gold” but I thought it was also a lusty woman stereotype. I could also remove her but she has good potential and will be used for one of the quests that the little band must perform.
I wanted to know if there is someone who has just helped me to offer him a good personality with good default? Or at least, a site that could help me.

Bonjour,
comme vous le savez, je suis en ce moment en train de créer une petite bande dessinée.
Tout allait bien, jusqu’à ce que je me retrouve devant un petit problème :
Je n’ai aucune idée de comment personnaliser mon personnage féminin!
Je veux qu’elle ait un défaut pour ne pas qu’elle soit le stéréotype du petit ange parfait. Mais je ne veux pas non plus que son défaut est trop énorme non plus, car elle dois travailler avec une équipe dons chaque membre à son propre problème complexe.
Voisi le Contexte :
Sankee est une forte Orc femelle qui fait partie d’un petit groupe dirigé par Kogan. Le petit groupe doit faire des quêtes pour les esprits afin de gagner leurs faveurs. Toute sa famille et un bon nombre des membres de sa tribu d’origine ont été tués.
Elle a servi d’esclave à de nobles hauts elf durant des années puis fus envoyé dans l’arène pour ses tentatives d’assassina.
Sankee ressemble à ceci :
Comme je l’est expliqué, je ne veux pas tombé dans les stéréotype du genre : la femme qui a absolument besoin d’un homme. Ou la femme qui a absolument besoin d’un homme qui dit a quel point elle est forte. Je ne veux pas non plus qu’elle sois trop bad ass sans aucune personnalité... C’est donc terriblement difficile de lui créée une personnalité.
J’avoue que j’avais pansé à la « mercenaire qui ne panse qu’a l’or », mais je trouvais que c’était aussi un stéréotype. Je pourrais aussi l’enlever mais disons qu’elle a un bon potentiel et va servir pour l’une des quêtes que la petite band dois accomplir.
Je voulais donc savoir si il y a quelqu’un qui peu m’aidé a lui offrir une bonne personnalité avec de bon défaut? Ou du moins, un site qui pourrait m’aidé.
